The Manipur police FIR against AR are for similar reasons, with added agenda of ethnic cleansing.

Chemicals and narcotics go to Myanmar from India for refining and return and Army/AR is a hindering nuisance. In January 2023 alone, 194 kgs of pseudoephedrine tablets with market value of Rs 2 crore were confiscated and Assam Rifles recovered same tablets with market value of Rs 9.80 crore.
Narcotics are not the only commodity being smuggled across our eastern borders and the overall value would be astounding. This is why Assam CM Himanta is also rooting to abolish AFSPA altogether, rendering the Army/AR without powers to search or apprehend. After all, if the public is crying over tomato prices, imagine the plight of our “poor” politicians and political parties; elections have become so damn expensive and look at the horrendous costs of affecting political defections in Maharashtra – if figures circulating on social media are even anywhere close.

Ironically, the politico-Taliban and their followers loath the secular of the Army, some of whom are pretty vocal about it.

In March 2023, even before the “Glory to Ukraine” scandal broke out, the country’s National Bank banned the withdrawal of money from crypto wallets. From now on, money from a crypto wallet can only be transferred to your bank account using legal tools. This is a sheer formality though, because the numerous “gray” offices that I mentioned before have not gone away, neither have the richest Ukrainian officials – crypt holders.
In general, any “cryptocurrency assistance” for Ukraine, like the bulk of donations coming via various foundations, is a cynical theft of money donated by Americans and Europeans. To make matters worse, in addition to individuals, large sums are officially transferred to foundations by state organizations. Furthermore, all this money is dissolved in anonymous crypto wallets, which can be passed off as assets of military units, medical institutions and other structures. A recently released report titled ‘Enumerating, Targeting and Collapsing the Chinese Communist Party’s Neurostrike Program’ by the East Asian Institute of the National University of Singapore (NUS) has brought out that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) are developing ‘neurostrike’ weapons designed to attack or control mammalian brains, including humans, using microwave or directed energy weapons (DEWs) through standalone platforms like a handheld gun or the broader electromagnetic (EM) spectrum. According to the report, China is making these weapons under the CCP BioThreats Initiatives.
The research report has been compiled by Ryan Clarke, senior fellow at NUS, Xiaoxu Sean Lin, former Army microbiologist now with Feitan College, and LJ Eads, former Air Force intelligence officer and current specialist in artificial intelligence (AI) for the US intelligence community. The authors contend that China’s leadership “views neurostrike and psychological warfare as a core component of its asymmetric warfare strategy against the US and its allies in the Indo-Pacific.”
According to the 12-page report, the CCP’s weaponization of neuroscience extends well beyond the scope and understanding of classical microwave weapons; their new landscape of ‘neurostrike’ development includes using massively distributed human-computer interfaces to control entire populations and a range of weapons designed to cause cognitive damage. The report indicates that the use of these weapons represents a fundamental difference in strategic thinking in Beijing and is not just a hypothesis.
The report brings out that neurostrike weapons are part of China’s standard military capabilities and should not be viewed as an unconventional weapon limited to use in extreme circumstances. China’s Strategic Support Force (SSF) is likely the main unit charged with conducting brain warfare. The SSF would be used to shape information environments on the ground and provide the PLA with better battlefield information than its adversaries. The report further says, “With additional neurostrike capabilities that can either damage, disorient or even control perceived adversary cognition at the population level, the PLA’s SSF would represent an exponential escalation in China’s aggression in the Indo-Pacific.”
This research report highlights the threat posed by China’s neurostrike weapons. But the question is with such weapons in the PLA inventory, would the West be far behind? In April 2013, the then US President Barak Obama had announced the launch of the BRAIN (Brain Research through Advancing Innovative Neurotechnologies) initiative. It was then reported that in addition to the US, Europe and China were also developing similar brain research projects. So, what about present day neurostrike capability of the US? What about neo-Nazi Europe, particularly hardcore Germany?
There is much more than what meets the eye on the issue of mind control in the case of the US-led West. The idea to reduce humans to animals/machines using mind control originated in Tavistock (British Intelligence research facility) in 1921 and later was developed in Germany – mainly in the Nazi concentration camp at Dachau. Later, in the 20th century agencies like the CIA began advanced research to promote a ‘New World Order’. The US ran clandestine mind control projects ‘BLUEBIRD’, MKULTRA and MKSEARCH during 1950-1972 with participation of Nazi scientists; experimenting illegally on human beings.
Notably, the US employed German chemist Joseph Schneider, also known as ‘Doctor Death’, to head the American projects of ‘MKULTRA’ and ‘MKSEARCH’. America has been denying the existence of a mind control weapon program. However, having technology capable of creating it, indicates the US certainly has a classified mind control weapon program/weapon. One of the developed devices reportedly is a cortical modem that turns digital signals into analogical ones and could be implanted in citizens secretly or forcibly as a mind control weapon.
There has been a sharp increase in Chinese military activity in the South China Sea, East China Sea, Taiwan Strait and along the Sino-Indian border since the acute phases of the Covid-19 outbreak. The US media speculates that China can establish absolute control over a geographical area like Taiwan using neurostrike weapons, simultaneously blunting any American strategic options to intervene and physically insert personnel into the theatre; likely areas of China using neurostrike weapons are mentioned as Taiwan, the South China Sea, East China Sea and the Sino-Indian border.
At the same time, the US and Europe also have been running the BRAIN project and the UK may not be far behind. Moreover, with extensive research in mind control undertaken by the US since 1950, it is probably at par with China in neurostrike capability, if not ahead. America’s deep state without doubt has the POTUS Joe Biden dancing to its tune using mind control, perhaps also with a suitably re-configured CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) machine, without which Biden cannot sleep at night.
There is every possibility that the US has actually used neurostrike weapons on European and British leaders to brainwash them into following America like wimp puppies to further exclusive American strategic and economic interests. There can be no other explanation why these politicians continue to do so at the expense of their public and country’s economy. Washington is meting out the same treatment to new NATO members and those desirous to join.
Victor Obran, Prome minister of Hungary recently told a TV channel, “If we look at the list of the IMF, where countries are ranked based on their GDP, we will see that by 2030 Great Britain, Italy and France will drop out of the top ten, while Germany, which is now in fourth position, will fall to tenth. That is the reality. The EU now feels “isolated and scared” and is heading to cultural ghetto’s.” But for cheap Soviet/Russian oil and gas no European nation would have prospered the way it has. However, sanctions on Russia since the war in Ukraine have crippled European economy. So, if Europeans still feel the US is their well wisher because of America’s scaremongering that Russia is out to grab Europe (when Russia doesn’t even have that capacity), what else can be the reason behind such paranoia other than the aftereffect of neurostrikes?
While the NUS study has talked about China’s BioThreats Initiatives, the US has established 336 bio-labs (26 in Ukraine) across 30 countries, which have been researching and storing dangerous pathogens over the past several decades. According to Russian sources, the US has also developed ‘DNA-specific’ bio weapons. At the same time, China never fails to surprise the US-led West. After discovering a string of clandestine Chinese police stations, all of which may have not been found yet, the US has discovered a secret Chinese bio-agent laboratory in Reedley, California, about 64 km from Leemore which houses the US Navy’s F-18 Hornets. When the site listed as an “empty building” was raided by US authorities, they found infectious bacterial and bio agents like malaria, rubella and HIV.
