Robotic Hygiene & Cleaning Machines To Be Made In India By Swiss Based Co.

The joint venture will form a new entity CleanfixSchevaran Systems Pvt. Ltd.

 

This will be Cleanfix’s first ever manufacturing facility outside Switzerland; will be based in Mysore

 

Aims to manufacture world-class robotic cleaning machines with Swiss Quality, led by automation

Bangalore / Mysore: Cleanfix Reinigungssysteme AG (Cleanfix), the global leader in robotic hygiene and cleaning machines from Switzerland, today announced its manufacturing-led joint venture with Mysore-based Schevaran Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. (Schevaran). Spearheaded by the first-generation entrepreneur, Mr. Sam Cherian, Schevaran is an integrated player with strong footing of 32 years in hygiene and cleaning industry. The partnership will form a new entity CleanfixSchevaran Systems Pvt. Ltd., which will manufacture Swiss-technology backed world-class robotic cleaning machines and solutions designed for the modern Indian needs. The manufacturing will commence at Schevaran’s state-of-the-art plant at Mysore and will be the first Cleanfix facility outside Switzerland.

Currently, Cleanfix has its manufacturing unit in Henau, Switzerland. Schevaran’s Mysore plant will be Cleanfix’s first facility outside its homeland. The partnership will allow Cleanfix to transfer technical know-how to Schevaran, while Schevaran will be responsible for manufacturing and promoting products under the aegis of the new entity. The arrays of machines that will be manufactured include Scrubber Dryers, Wet and Dry Vacuum Cleaners etc.
